I booked in for a wash, cut & blow dry with Mandy – my hair had grown far too long, was an absolute broken mess, and Mandy was so kind and patient. She made some suggestions but also listened so well to my own needs and preferences. She checked in with me frequently, and I couldn’t have been happier with how it turned out.
