Hours:
- Monday, Wednesday, 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Tuesday, 7:00 AM – 9:30 PM
- Thursday, 7:00 AM – 8:30 PM
- Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Saturday, 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM

The Space Between offers a thoughtful mix of movement and stillness across its two contemporary studio spaces. Their schedule is particularly appealing if you want to experiment with different levels of intensity without changing studios.
Beginners can start with Warm Express Flow, Warm Slow Flow or Warm Yin/Yang Flow. More experienced practitioners can opt for Hot Flow, Hot Vinyasa Flow, Dynamic Flow or Hot Hatha.
Moreover, their underfloor heating makes the space comfortable for meditation and floor-based work, while the hydronic heat recovery system provides fresh air.
We particularly like that the studio’s facilities are designed around the yoga experience rather than simply providing a room for classes.
Just a heads up: the studio is located right at the city centre so expect rush hour traffic in the area.
Best hot yoga class
Favourite yoga studio in Dublin, such a luxurious feel. The hot yoga class is the best I’ve ever tried with their addition of eucalyptus towels after the class ends. A studio I’ll forever go back to.

Great experience
I had a great experience at the hot yoga flow class! Charlotte, the instructor, was fantastic—her cues were clear and easy to follow, which made the flow feel smooth and grounded. The class had a great rhythm, and I felt both challenged and relaxed. The staff were also super helpful and welcoming, which added to the positive vibe. Definitely looking forward to coming back!

2. yogahub

Website: https://yogahub.ie/
Address: 5-8 Camden Ct, Camden Street Lower, Saint Kevin’s
Contact: 087 488 5380
Hours: Monday, 7:00 AM – 2:15 PM, 4:30 – 9:20 PM | Tuesday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 2:15 PM, 4:30 – 9:00 PM | Saturday-Sunday, 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM
yogahub keeps their yoga offering relatively focused, with Flow Yoga and Yoga Sculpt providing two distinctly different ways to practice.
Flow Yoga is an all-around class combining mindful transitions, strength work and alignment, while Yoga Sculpt takes a more energetic approach.
Their classes combine yoga sequencing with light weights, strength training, breathwork and meditation. This team studio’s programs are a good choice if you want your yoga session to include more conditioning.
We recently popped in for a midday yoga class and loved having immediate access to their soothing on-site sauna right after the session. This made a huge difference when you want to quickly relax tight muscles.
One slight drawback is the extra rental fee for any mats you borrow during a yoga class.
Definitely recommend
I had my first slow flow yoga class with Cristina and it was such a great experience. She created a really calm and welcoming atmosphere, which made it easy to relax and stay present throughout the session. Her guidance was clear and supportive, especially for a beginner like me, and the pace was just right. I left feeling both refreshed and grounded. I’d definitely recommend her classes and I’m looking forward to going back!

- Saturday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Sunday, 9:45 AM – 1:00 PM
Yoga Dublin has one of the broadest class selections in this guide, with options ranging from introductory sessions to more demanding Level 2 to 3 practices.
Once you’re comfortable with the basics, Yoga Flow Level 1-2 introduces more challenging asanas. The mixed-level Yoga Flow class incorporates movement that connects, conditions, stretches, strengthens, and releases the body.
They have a comprehensive classic hot yoga series as well.
Just keep a very close eye on their specific introductory pricing terms. If you grab their five-pack intro offer for a yoga class, you automatically enter a rolling monthly membership.
Despite that surprisingly tricky detail, the incredibly diverse schedule keeps students coming back.
Great instructors
Really enjoy the Ranelagh studio. It has a calm, relaxed vibe that makes it easy to switch off and focus on the class. The space is very welcoming, and the instructors are great. My favourite class is Aine’s yoga flow, she is a brilliant instructor!

Best teachers and yoga classes for all levels
Regardless of being a smaller studio, it’s really cozy with good vibes. The staff is lovely and they have the best teachers and yoga classes for all levels. I personally like 2-3 level and inversions and they have plenty of options for that. One of my favourite class is Andrew’s, the 2-3 flow level, great energy to start the week. Highly recommend this studio.

Hot Yoga Dublin creates an uplifting urban retreat atmosphere, committed to creating a nurturing space for your wellness journey. You can join a diverse spectrum of inclusive sessions.
For instance, the Chair Yoga offering is particularly accessible for people who find conventional floor-based yoga difficult.
There are also options at the opposite end of the intensity scale. Absolute Hot Yoga provides a heated practice, while Vinyasa and Hatha offer more traditional movement-based approaches.
Additionally, their Restorative and Yin classes provide slower alternatives when you’re looking for relaxation and less physically demanding movement.
The studio’s teachers have trained internationally, adding further variety to the teaching styles available.
Sadly, their standard monthly memberships completely exclude the specialised prenatal and mum-and-baby sessions.
Love every class
I love every class I’ve taken at HYD. From prenatal yoga classes to Mom and baby yoga and now my new obsession of reformer Pilates- each class is different, challenging and fun. All of the instructors are amazing and no class is ever the same as the previous one. Thanks for offering so many classes that are fun and dynamic!

Calm and relaxing classes
I have just started reformer Pilates at this studio and I absolutely love it! The classes are so calm and relaxing and your muscles feel so worked after the class. The studio is spotless and a very serene, calm space. I’m addicted. Would highly recommend Hot Yoga Dublin.

5. The elbowroom

Website: http://www.the-elbowroom.com/
Address: Manor Picture House, 60/61 Manor Street Stoneybatter
Contact: +353 833497487
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 9:30 PM | Saturday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Sunday, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Functioning as a long-standing holistic wellness hub, The elbowroom puts a heavy emphasis on teacher training and specialised postnatal support.
You can consistently expect high-quality instruction from them. Your teachers here guide you through everything from energetic fusion workouts to slow hatha poses.
The studio’s Dynamic Flow class offers another good middle ground. It’s moderately challenging, with a different theme or intention introduced each week, and every session ends with a short relaxation period.
Their programs can allow you to work physically while still having some time to settle down before leaving the studio.
One distinct downside is that Pilates sometimes dominates the timetable on certain days. This leaves fewer daily options if you strictly want a traditional yoga class.
Highly recommend
I’ve been going to the Elbowroom for 18 years. It’s a beautiful space with a nice, friendly community at a good price. I especially enjoy the yin yoga with Elaine Yau and her Saturday morning class. The lunchtime community classes are a nice break with a friendly bite afterwards,. I highly recommend.

Reasonable prices
My go-to studio for yoga classes as I live around the corner. Easy booking system and reasonable prices (I opt for the 6 class pass). Some classes can have >20 people, but I always opt for the smaller classes as you get a better teacher-student ratio.
