The sauna did its job; it was easy to manage the heat, which was a major bonus
We then had the spa room, which was a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and showers. They were all nice, I really enjoyed that jacuzzi; the steam room scared me lowkey, but once I got used to it, it was relaxing. The sauna did it’s job; it was easy to manage the heat, which was a major bonus

It was the perfect way to start vacation!
Came here after a 9-hour overnight flight from the U.S. on holiday and it was the perfect way to start vacation! Definitely recommend the spa couples combos; we did the spa room with sauna and massage after, and it was perfect! Such a great concept, I wish there was one closer to me! Thank you!

Their outdoor sauna and cold plunge offer 45 minutes of hot-and-cold therapy. It’s a refreshing way to wind down after a workout, especially if you’re feeling a little stiff.
And there’s plenty to do before hitting the heat. The studio offers Reformer Pilates, Barre, and yoga classes to get those muscles moving.
Plus, with showers and changing rooms on-site, you can freshen up before heading back into the Dublin bustle.
Just keep your travel and booking plans in mind. There’s no on-site parking, and walk-in sauna sessions depend on availability.
We went for a sauna and cold plunge afterwards. A fantastic combination.
I attended my first ever yoga class this morning with Oksana. I really enjoyed the vibe. The class itself was very manageable for a first timer and I am no spring chicken (I’m 62). We went for a sauna and cold plunge afterwards. A fantastic combination.

Yoga + Sauna, best combination ever.
Thanks so much guys for a great experience. At my arrival I was offered a week of free membership. I enjoyed two amazing sessions of yoga + sauna & cold plunge. The classes I took with Silvio are great. He is a wonderful teacher. The sessions are accessible to all levels but there are loads of options for playful and strong poses. Challenging and relaxing, that’s what you want from a class. Yoga + Sauna, best combination ever. I really felt rejuvenated after these mornings well spent. Great job guys.

Defo my favourite sauna in Dublin.
Defo my favourite sauna in Dublin. Have been a good few times, but have finally got around to leaving my (first ever) review! Had a lovely session this week with a mate – the sauna was hot, the water was cold, and Grace was super sound as always.

A little Nordic-inspired pampering goes a long way in chilly Dublin. Velvære Spa brings the heat indoors with a sleek thermal suite that’s made for unwinding.
Its black aspen Finnish sauna delivers a proper dose of dry heat. Meanwhile, the fragrance-infused steam room offers a gentler way to warm up.

The sauna smells so fresh and not overheated
This is such a great finding, has everything I need in one place and is spotless. I love the Thermal Suite, specially the jacuzzi incorporated into the pool. The sauna smells so fresh and not overheated. Was pleasantly surprised to find a bathrobe, slippers and a towel in the locker, also body lotion in the showers. They do offer water complimentary to guests which is a nice touch. I’ll go to the gym next time, so good they have everything in one place and in the middle of the city.

I find it perfectly refreshing to go into between sauna and steam room to cool down
I almost don’t want to tell people about how glorious this spa and thermal suite is. I enjoy the thermal suite as part of my gym membership and every time I leave I feel like i’ve had a spa day…and while the pool is a little cold to enjoy the bubbles for too long I find it perfectly refreshing to go into between sauna and steam room to cool down..everything is immaculate and the toiletries provided are wonderful, fluffy towels and robes too!

5. The Hot Box Sauna Inchicore

Website: https://thehotboxsauna.ie/
Address: Goldenbridge Estate, Tyrconnell Rd, Inchicore, Dublin, D08 EWK2
Contact: +353 1 912 8276
Hours: Sauna sessions vary by booking schedule
An icy plunge isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, especially on a chilly Dublin day. Thankfully, The Hot Box Sauna Inchicore offers cold, tepid, and warm pools to suit different comfort levels.
Once you’ve found your ideal dip, there’s plenty of heat to explore. Five Irish-made saunas give you different ways to warm up during a 55-minute shared session.
Between rounds, you can freshen up in the indoor or outdoor cold showers. Changing rooms and towel rentals make the whole experience a bit handier.
And you won’t need to splash out for a proper sweat. With sessions starting at €14.95, trying different heat and plunge options won’t put too much strain on your wallet.
The booking rules are a little less flexible, mind you. Refunds require at least 24 hours’ notice, and you can’t reschedule within five hours of your session.
The variety of sauna styles is incredible — there’s even a silent sauna
The variety of sauna styles is incredible — there’s even a silent sauna, which I loved for total relaxation. The three different plunge pools are amazing: one icy cold, one mild, and one that feels like a hot tub – perfect for whatever vibe you’re after. The place is spotless, so well maintained, and the staff are genuinely some of the friendliest I’ve met. You can really tell they care. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind, reset, and feel amazing after!

Will definitely be back
Fantastic location with 5 different saunas and a walk-in plunge pool. The saunas are a mix of wood fire and electric, and there’s a silent sauna for some peace and quiet. Facilities were very clean, and the staff are really friendly. Would highly recommend! Will definitely be back
