“We had 21 solar panels installed by solar smart in may , the process from start to finish was easy going no pressure just helpful advice from Georgina and also Darren. I asked so many questions on batteries inverters ev chargers and all my questions were answered promptly, Georgina was always there to take my calls. When my sister complained about their bills constantly creeping up, we immediately suggested going greener by opting for solar panels.
Since Going Solar installed their solar hot water at home, it’s a smarter move to go for them for their solar panel installation too.
We loved that they explained everything clearly—they even helped them understand how many panels they needed based on their current energy consumption.
We all know that there’s several paperwork needed before the actual installation, and it’s great that these guys will handle everything, lifting these off your plate.
Of course, nobody wants an eye sore in their home so we highly appreciate how their technicians ensured the wirings were neat and out of sight after installation.
Recently, they had a firmware upgrade. And since most of them at home aren’t too tech savvy, we liked that they went an extra mile to be able to assist them during the update.
Months after they installed our solar panels, we were able to see that their Electricity Billing System (EBS) bills dropped significantly. And you can expect it to improve further as you constantly use your new solar panels.
However, their quotation is quite inconsistent. We suggest double checking their final quotation before signing anything to avoid any inconvenience.
Moreover, they’re only open for four days a week so if you’re in a hurry, they may not be the best option for you.
