Consultation here is a breeze. The doctors provide honest, knowledgeable advice, offering in-depth analyses and clear explanations of procedures.
They offer an anaesthetised extraction of healthy hair to make the experience painless. Personally, watching their care and precision during the hair transplant process was fascinating.
Laser hair regrowth treatment is offered here, a painless and modern procedure that yields results in 6 months. I met a fellow patient who has undergone this procedure, and their hair is lush and thick.
Premier’s wigs or toupees are also impressive (plus they look natural and stunning). Even better, the trichological treatments are highly praised, specifically by women.
However, they don’t result in a 100% success rate in a single session. Patients will need to undergo repeated trials, which may be costly.

Ailesbury Hair Fleming Place Clinic has over 15 years of experience. They have locations in Cork and Tipperary. But what I like the most is their Dublin branch, which is well-located just south of the city centre.
I was amazed by their non-shave Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) hair transplant. It completely regrows hair without the need to shave it. Patients have noted that this boosted their confidence and took out that nasty in-between period.
Additionally, the FUE hair transplant provides quicker results. Personally, I couldn’t even tell that someone had undergone the procedure because their hair looked so natural.
Other options include a non-surgical laser light method, which is their most non-invasive procedure. Results will take time, but it’s perfect for those who don’t want to undergo the pain of the other procedure.
However, given these benefits, note that they are more expensive than those of other clinics. But you can use hair-loss products, such as shampoos and conditioners, for cheaper hair regrowth options.

What I love about Tir na nÓg Clinic is their free online consultations. This allows patients to check if they can be treated before availing any of their services, saving time and hassle for both parties.
Their hair transplant procedures range from €2,000 to €5,000, which is cheaper than most clinics. The price itself is affected by the number of grafts needed, but even in extreme cases, you won’t need to pay a fortune.
They offer two types of treatment: surgical and non-surgical. Surgery here is mostly non-invasive, as it uses FUE.
As for their non-surgical procedures, this takes the form of medication. Honestly, it is ideal for patients who are in the early stages of hair loss.

When these aren’t enough, there’s also the Ultra Refined Follicular Unit Transplantation (URFUT), which is a gold-standard procedure that cures permanent hair loss. Many of their patients swear by this, as they have grown luscious locks afterwards.
In severe cases, they combine both treatments for higher success rates. Many of their treatments also apply to women, which is rare since most practices prioritise men.
Still, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone in North Dublin because they’re too far south.
