The 5 Best Reflexology Centres in Dublin to Help You Unwind From the Ground Up

Accreditation and Insurance: We looked at professional registrations and possible insurance claim options available. Since coverage depends on the practitioner and your policy, it’s worth checking eligibility before booking.

Treatment Specialisation: Different body goals require distinct treatments, from fertility to deep recovery care. We looked at whether therapists provide focused sessions tailored to individual health journeys or stick to general footwork.

Pricing and Treatment Value: Straightforward rates make it easier to budget for some well-earned downtime. We compared available session lengths, prices, and combination treatments to see what each appointment offers.

Scheduling Flexibility: It’s tough to fit self-care around an intense work week or family duties. We evaluated daily operating hours, evening availability, and weekend access across every location.

When you’re always running around Dublin on cold, damp pavements, it eventually catches up with your feet. Not to mention carrying weeks of work tension in your shoulders.

Sometimes, a simple massage isn’t enough to cure everyday foot fatigue. You need a targeted approach to find the right balance.

So, we looked for skilled hands to work through those stubborn knots and turn an exhausting week around. We rounded up the best reflexology centres in Dublin to restore your daily comfort.

1. The Bodywise Clinic

Website: https://www.thebodywiseclinic.ie/

Address: 45 Dawson Street

Contact: +353 1 611 1444 | [email protected]

Hours: Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM | Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Sunday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM

The Bodywise Clinic provides immediate respite with a thorough initial consultation to map out stress points.

During your session, your therapist works methodically across key reflex zones and shares notable physical findings immediately afterwards. This feedback helps you identify daily habits that might be driving your tension and gives you practical insight.

It’s worth noting that comfort is a priority here, as they employ both male and female massage therapists.

The main snag is building access. The clinic occupies three upper floors without a lift, which creates a steep climb for anyone nursing an ankle injury or managing joint mobility challenges.

Pros

  • Personalised first-visit consultation
  • Methodical and targeted treatment
  • Direct post-treatment feedback from practitioner
  • Male and female therapists available

Cons

  • No lift access to upper-floor rooms

Incredibly relaxing

My husband gave me a reflexology voucher for The Bodywise Clinic. I had never had reflexology done before but found it incredibly relaxing. Nadia was my therapist and I was actually so impressed with the whole process – she explained what was involved and was then able to identify various different issues – all of which I was aware of previously – through the reflexology session. She gave me some very good and genuine advice to improve these conditions. Would highly recommend.

Welcoming and professional

I’ve been a client at Bodywise Clinic for a few years now, and I’ve always had a great experience, from nutritional consultations, to physiotherapy, massages and reflexology sessions. Everyone is very friendly, welcoming and professional. I highly recommend it! 🙂 Thank you so much!

Overall had a great experience

Just had my first ever massage here with Nancy. Can’t recommend her enough! She’s very professional and friendly and I never even once felt uncomfortable! As far as I could tell, the place seemed organised well. I was offered water before and after my treatment and was asked for any illnesses or skin problems. Overall had a great experience ! Thanks Nancy!

Having gone through a difficult period with stress & health issues Karen has been amazing. Had both reflexology and cranio massage. After 4 sessions I really feel it has helped calm my nervous system and improve my circulatory flow. Grainne is a true gem of a person and amazing reflexologist

Grainne is a true gem of a person and amazing reflexologist. I wasn’t too sure of what reflexology is and if it really helps – every single session has been the most relaxing time. Flying on clouds afterwards. Moreover, I also had the pleasure of taking part in her reiki class and loved how easy, informative and welcoming every day was. Can highly recommend to everyone 🙂

Beautifully cosy cabin you will find yourself immediately relaxing

I have been having reflexology with Grainne for almost 2 years and every time is absolutely fantastic. Once you enter Grainne’s beautifully cosy cabin you will find yourself immediately relaxing and switching off. Grainne is such a kind and caring person and I can’t recommend her highly enough when it comes to anything wellness / relaxation related.
