The 5 Best Apartments in Dublin for Urban Living at Its Finest

  • On-site Amenities: Modern renters expect more than just four walls from a managed property. Our team checked what extras come with the lease, noting fitness centres and co-working spaces that add value to daily life.
  • Lease Flexibility and Terms: We checked the lease terms along with early-exit options and pet policies for the developments. This helps prospective tenants easily find accommodation that fits their lifestyle and timeline.
  • Transport and Location: A great flat loses its charm if your morning commute takes several hours. We evaluated the proximity to Luas lines, bus routes, and major employment hubs to gauge overall convenience.
  • Apartment Specifications: Comfort hinges on how well the living spaces are built and equipped for daily use. We examined the supplied appliances, energy ratings, and useful extras like smart temperature controls.

You know what feels like a full-time job but isn’t? Looking for a flat. You spend your evenings refreshing property listings, only to find that the best units disappear before you can even request a viewing.

If you’d rather skip that frustration, you need a residential development that offers professional management and clear availability. But that’s harder than it sounds in a market this tight.

Don’t worry, we gathered the best apartments in Dublin, which we handpicked based on their amenities and lease terms. Skip home rentals and enjoy the city lifestyle!

1. The Grange

the-grange

Website: https://thegrange.ie/

Address: The Grange West, Management Suite, Ruby Block, Stillorgan

Contact: +353 1 255 1351

Hours: Security and maintenance: 24/7

The Grange is on our radar because they provide round-the-clock security and maintenance teams for residents. This way, you’ll receive assistance 24/7, which takes a lot of the stress out of late-night emergencies or weekend issues.

This development splits its offerings into two distinct residential sections, East and West. The newer West Residence focuses on studios and one- to two-bedroom units.

On top of that, there are dedicated work and leisure spaces, like a business centre and a games room. Car owners also get secure underground parking equipped with electric vehicle charging and on-site rental cars.

The obvious downside is that you won’t find three-bedroom layouts in the newer West buildings. Renters with a large family will need to explore the East Residence instead, where there are more options for bigger households.

Pros

  • 24/7 security and maintenance services
  • Wide range of apartment layouts
  • Extensive work and leisure facilities
  • Convenient transport and parking options

Cons

  • No three-bedroom units in the West Residence

Brickfield Square makes the process easier with its Greystar Guarantee. If the flat doesn’t suit you early on, you have 30 days from moving in to give 30 days’ notice to leave.

On top of that, there’s a dedicated pet spa, a gym and yoga studio, a games room, and a bike maintenance workshop.

However, their 12-month fixed lease might feel restrictive for short-term stays, so temporary residents needing flexible accommodation will need to look elsewhere.

The apartment is in great condition with no notable issues

I’ve been residing in this house since May, and thus far, my experience has been quite enjoyable. The apartment is in great condition with no notable issues, and the administrator is always readily available to assist us with any inquiries.

However, what truly stands out to me about this place are the monthly parties. These events provide a fantastic opportunity to socialize, make new acquaintances, and have a wonderful time.

To anyone looking for a wonderful place to call home

We couldn’t be happier at Alta Verde with our dog, Luna! The location is exceptional, offering both convenience and tranquility. The apartment itself is beautifully appointed, and the grounds are meticulously maintained and a pleasure to enjoy with our pup. What truly sets this community apart, however, is the people—the staff are incredibly kind, responsive, and always willing to help, while our fellow residents have created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Alta Verde has truly exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it!
