The 5 best virtual offices in Dublin for a professional brand presence
Did you know that your online business can also have a physical address? Having an online brand can give you clients worldwide, but certain aspects require a physical presence.
That’s what I learned when I needed to receive customer calls. My business creates crochet plush figures, and it has experienced significant growth. I needed a receptionist to handle more calls, but the additional equipment and staff are too expensive for my current budget.
Eventually, I discovered virtual offices in Dublin that can provide my online business with an official location and a call receptionist. Here are some of the best we’ve found.
What is the average cost of virtual offices in Dublin?
The average virtual office in Dublin costs roughly €29 to €65. This price may change based on various factors, including the amenities and types of services offered.
1. Regus

Address: 46A Avenue, John F. Kennedy, 1855 Neudorf-Weimershof, Luxembourg
Contact Details: 226 005 260
Operating Hours:
- Open 24/7
Regus was founded in 1898 in Brussels, Belgium. For over 30 years, this company has expanded its global clientele, offering flexible work locations worldwide, including Ireland.
I like that they have many virtual offices in Dublin. Even better, they’re in prime locations, such as City East Plaza in Limerick, which is easily accessible via public transport.
I felt great that I could put my humble crochet business at the heart of the Black Pool. After all, that makes it seem more legitimate to the public.
Their mail handling and forwarding are also top-notch. None of the clients I have spoken to has received any damaged parcels.
I expected them to have exorbitant prices because Regus is such a huge global brand. Fortunately, I found that its listings are as flexible as my business.
I was so satisfied with my experience with Regus that it earned the top spot on this list. However, I couldn’t say the same for a few customers who complained about the slow cancellation policies, which were hidden in the fine print.
Positive attitude and service
“So far I have experienced great by the positive attitude and service focused from the Regus guys. The efficiency aligned with the service promise is great ,even out of my expectation. I haven’t disappointed at Regus in past 8 years.”
- Chun Li, Trustpilot
Perfect working solution
“I found my perfect working solution at Regus, with the added bonus of having a private secured office for my consultancy service, a friendly professional reception and security team and very helpful office and building managers. Such a great value for money. I will definitely recommend Regus to any business looking for a professional working space.”

2. Sky Business Centres

Address: 57 Clontarf Rd, Clontarf, Dublin 3
Contact Details: 018 537 800
Operating Hours:
- Mon – Fri: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM; 2:30 PM – 5:00 PM
- Closed on Saturdays and Sundays
I learned that Sky Business Centres are the ideal option for my needs. Their virtual offices feature receptionists who provide a range of call-related services. These include message taking, call forwarding, and call transfers to my smartphone.
It’s part of the Sky Business Centres’ Call Answering Package, which costs roughly €69 monthly. The package also enabled me to direct their call management according to my company’s requirements.
If I required a business address, I could have opted for the Start-up Member Package, which costs around €99 per month.
However, note that basic services may cover address, mail, and phone answering. But things like printing and meeting rooms often incur additional costs. If your business heavily relies on these, the cost could add up.
Nonetheless, I particularly like that it has three locations in Clonshaugh, Clontarf, and Damastown.
Clonshaugh is approximately five minutes from Dublin Airport, and Clontarf overlooks Dublin Bay, with easy access to public transport. Damastown provides easy access to Navan Road and the M50.
The facilities are good, with meeting rooms
“We, First Aid Supplies moved in beside the Sky Port Tunnel Business Centre December 2022 with our own office and warehouse. The facilities are good with meeting rooms and tea/coffee facilities. But it is the very helpful staff – Jean Michel and Larochelle that make it great.”
- Gerry Breen, Trustpilot
Very pleased with the level of service
“We have used the Sky Business Office in Damastown, Dublin 15 since we set up our business in 2017. Since then we have been very pleased with the level of service from Sky Business Office. We use as a virtual office, answering our incoming phone calls & mail efficiently & we also have use of an office or desk & boardroom when required. The whole system works very well & is seemless.
I would highly reccommend Sky Business Office both for start ups & established companies as a flexibe service that will make your business manage costs effectively.”

3. My Virtual Office

Address: 26 Upper Pembroke Street, Dublin 2, D02 X361
Contact Details: 316 499 099
Operating Hours:
- Mon – Fri: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Closed on Saturdays and Sundays
My Virtual Office is one of the best virtual offices in Dublin for many reasons.
The first reason is its easily accessible locations. It has three virtual offices in Dublin, one in Drogheda, and another in Navan. I loved how the company highlighted this convenience by listing how much time it takes to walk to it from various locations.
I like that you can get set up “from 1 hour”, which sounds really fast and convenient, especially for businesses that need a professional address or phone service right away.
While basic setup is quick, full services like mail or call handling may take longer, but it’s still much faster than a traditional office.
Their plans are also customisable and flexible. You can select from Business, Business Plus, and Executive. I particularly like that they offer either monthly or annual subscriptions.
I would have loved it if they didn’t charge extra fees for services like a registered office facility.
Reliable and friendly team
“An easy sign-up with a reliable and friendly team combined with great virtual office locations and services. I would highly recommend!”
- Sarah McGinty, Google Review

4. Ireland Virtual Office by Workhub

Address: Workhub Group Ltd, 77 Lower Camden Street, Dublin, D02 XE80
Contact Details: 015 566 512
Operating Hours:
- Open 24/7
The Workhub Group’s Ireland Virtual Office has five locations in Adelaide Road, Baggot Street, Camden Street, Fern Road, and Bracken Road.
Adelaide Road and Baggot Street are its premium locations. The Adelaide office offers a vibrant working environment, and the Baggot office features four levels that can accommodate up to 40 employees.
They also offer great plan selection: Essential, Plus, Business, and Scale. I got the Essential Plan, which already includes customer service support, daily mail sorting, and free mail scanning.
However, they can get expensive. For instance, the Essential plan costs €149 a year, which can be a deal breaker for small businesses. This is especially true considering that most of its competitors have lower prices.
But like My Virtual Office, Ireland Virtual Office also promises instant setup. From my experience, they ensured quick activation upon registration, with services available on a commitment-free basis.
The process took less than 5 minutes
“After a search on Google WorkHub seamed to be the right choice for Virtual Office that you can use for your business and also an actual office space depending on the package you choose to suit your business.
After I send an enquiry on a Saturday around lunchtime I got contacted back by Nick Simons, I told him my needs and he text back with all the details for a package that will fit perfectly.
From there the process took less then 5 minutes between filling my details and paying.
I just want to say that I’m very impressed so far on how my experience was with them and I want to thank Nick again for making this such a smooth process.”

5. Office Suites Club

Contact Details: 015 153 892
Operating Hours:
- Mon – Fri: 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM
- Closed on Saturdays and Sundays
Office Suites is one of the virtual offices in Dublin that provides budget-friendly options for small business owners. Registering your business under its Harcourt Street address is only €39 per month.
That is the price of their Pro Plan, which rivals most of the other virtual businesses in the neighbourhood.
The company provides unrestricted address use, meaning you can use it for business correspondence, revenue applications, and CRO registration. Moreover, it features dynamic mail handling, allowing you to decide whether your virtual office will scan or shred messages.
It has a complementary dedicated support team that operates from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and charges no set-up fees. The best part is that you can have your virtual office in minutes.
However, the onboarding process takes a couple of minutes, according to former tenants.
Nonetheless, Office Suites Club stands out from the rest with its smartphone app. It allows for managing a virtual office via smartphone and smartwatch.
The team is incredibly helpful
“The team at Office Suites Club are incredibly helpful. All email queries are answered promptly and any requests I have made have been facilitated very professionally. Special mention to Howard for his excellent customer service skills.”

Accommodating staff
“My publishing company, Temple Dark Books, rents rooms here, so it was nice to meet one of our authors to discuss his book in a well-serviced and private room. Accommodating staff and a secure and upmarket location.”
